It all started with a 14th birthday gift and a Louis Vuitton Speedy 35. That was the first designer bag I ever owned and the beginning of a lifelong passion. Over the next decade, I had built an unique personal collection of designer treasures. 

Sadly, what took years to collect, disappeared overnight when my entire collection was stolen from my home. A loss that felt much bigger than just material things: it was about identity, memories and years of collecting what I loved.

Determined to rebuild what I had lost, I turned to the world of vintage. I discovered that I could find the same beautiful bags I once owned for a fraction of the retail price. I realized that vintage is smarter, so I wanted to share this with others.

That's when IWV was born. Out of the desire to share that discovery, to make designer fashion more accessible and more fun.
